We believe cost shouldn't stand between you and a healthy smile. That's why we offer more than one way to make care affordable, from financing to our membership plan.

Help With Insurance Reimbursement

We're out of network with all commercial and employer-based insurance plans, but we're happy to help you file for reimbursement — what your plan pays back is up to them. For insurance questions, call us at (315) 533-5003 or the number on the back of your insurance card.

Our Membership Plan

No insurance? Self-employed? Retired? We've got you covered.


The Rome Dental Membership Plan gives you access to quality preventive care for less than $30 a month — plus 15% off most other treatments, including cosmetic work. Implants aren't included in membership discounts, but we do offer savings when you pay in cash or start treatment the same day.

Even better: with our membership plan, there’s no deductible you have to meet, and we don’t have an annual maximum for coverage. You don’t need to fill out or submit any claim forms, and there’s no waiting period.

  • Comprehensive exam (2x per year)
  • Professional cleaning (2x per year)
  • Fluoride treatment (2x per year)
  • Necessary X-rays (including panoramic every 3 years)
  • Emergency exams when you need them
  • 15% off most other treatments, like crowns and cosmetic work (implants not included)
