These terms apply to your use of this website and to text messages from Rome Dental & Implant Center, 114 W Thomas St, Rome, NY 13440. By using the site or agreeing to receive texts, you agree to them.

This website is not medical advice

The information on this site is general education about dental care. It isn't a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and reading it doesn't make you our patient. Only an exam with Dr. Candido can tell you what's right for you. Prices shown on this site depend on your exam and Dr. Candido's approval.

Emergencies

Don't use our website forms or text messages for an emergency. If you have a facial injury, swelling spreading toward your eye or neck, or trouble breathing or swallowing, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you're already our patient and have an urgent dental problem, call us at (315) 533-5003.

Appointment requests

Sending a request through our website doesn't book an appointment. Our team will call you during office hours to find a time.

Text messaging terms

What you'll receive. When you give us your mobile number and opt in, Rome Dental & Implant Center may text you appointment reminders and confirmations, plus scheduling and follow-up messages about your care.

How often. Message frequency varies with your appointments.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you've opted out. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (315) 533-5003.

Your consent. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of treatment. By opting in, you confirm you're 18 or older and that you're the account holder or have permission to use the number you gave us.

Carriers. Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including your mobile number.

Content on this site

The text, photos, videos and logo on this website belong to Rome Dental & Implant Center or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.

Links to other websites

We link to other sites, such as social media, financing companies and maps, for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content. Financing approval is decided by the financing company, not by our office.

Limits of our responsibility

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as is and can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any damages that come from using this website.
