All-on-X Implant Cost in Rome, NY: What's Included and How to Pay
If your dentures keep slipping or you're losing most of your teeth, All-on-X implants give you a full arch of replacement teeth anchored to implants in your jaw. Before you start, you'll want to know what it costs. Here's our price, what the price leaves out, how you can pay, and what to expect from Dr. Jonathan Candido and our team in Rome, NY.
How much do All-on-X implants cost in Rome, NY?
All-on-X full mouth implants at Rome Dental & Implant Center are $14,000 per arch. An arch is your full upper or full lower set of teeth, and each arch is priced on its own.
We post our prices up front on our website so you can plan before your first visit. If you're weighing your options, our snap-on dentures are $8,500 per arch.
You can read more about how the treatment works on our All-on-X implant-supported dentures page.
What isn't included in the All-on-X price?
The final zirconia teeth aren't included in the $14,000 per arch, and they're subject to additional fees. That's the one exclusion listed with our posted All-on-X price.
Sarah, one of our treatment plan coordinators, makes sure you understand every step of your care, from what's covered by insurance to which financing options work best for your budget. Bring your questions about the full cost to your visit, and we'll answer them.
What happens before All-on-X treatment starts?
Treatment starts with a first visit where Dr. Candido takes a careful look at what's going on in your mouth, using 3D imaging when needed to see the full picture. Then you'll have a real back-and-forth conversation with him. He explains what he's seeing, you ask whatever's on your mind, and together you figure out a plan that makes sense. Most first visits take about 60 to 90 minutes.
Some patients need their jawbone rebuilt before implants can go in. According to Mayo Clinic, you may need a bone graft if your jawbone isn't thick enough or is too soft. We offer bone grafting for dental implants in our office, so that step happens under one roof too.
If you're ready to schedule treatment after your first visit, great. If you need time to think it over, there's no pressure.
Does insurance cover All-on-X at Rome Dental?
We're out of network with all commercial and employer-based insurance plans, so you pay us directly. We're happy to help you file for reimbursement, and what your plan pays back is up to your insurer.
To spread the cost over time, we work with five financing partners:
- CareCredit
- Cherry
- Lending Club
- Proceed Finance
- Alpheon
Ask us which plan makes the most sense for your situation, and we'll help you figure it out. We offer savings on implants when you pay in cash or start treatment the same day. Implants aren't part of our membership plan discounts.
We're not a Medicaid or Medicare practice, and Medicaid and Medicare patients are welcome to pay out of pocket. You'll find every option on our finances and insurance page.
Am I too old to get All-on-X implants?
Your overall health matters more than your age. The ADA's MouthHealthy site says that if you're in good general health, implants may be an option for you, and that your health is more of a factor than your age.
Some conditions can slow healing after surgery. MouthHealthy names chronic illnesses such as diabetes, and notes that tobacco can slow healing too. Bring a list of the medications you take to your first visit so Dr. Candido has your full health history before you decide on a plan together.
Why do Rome patients choose Rome Dental & Implant Center for All-on-X?
Dr. Jonathan Candido, DMD, focuses his practice on dental implants, from single tooth replacements to full-mouth reconstruction. He earned his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and built Rome Dental from the ground up.
Dr. Candido plans every implant digitally before surgery. He also creates temporary restorations you can test drive before committing to your final teeth.
Our schedule makes room for longer visits. Sunday through Wednesday is by appointment, so Dr. Candido can give longer visits like All-on-X the time they deserve. After any surgical procedure, he personally calls every patient that evening to check in.
If you get nervous in the dental chair, tell us. We have sunglasses to block the bright lights, plus pillows and blankets if you want them, and Dr. Candido has been known to push his schedule back 30 minutes so a patient feels ready before starting. Sedation is available for adults 18 and older.
